About the Made In Motion Messaging Program

The Made In Motion messaging program is a two-way, conversational text program. When you text us or provide your mobile number and opt in, you can submit photos and receive collections back, and you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Made In Motion. These may include order and shipping updates, photo-submission and collection messages, account and support replies, and occasional promotional messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and use our messaging program.

How You Opt In

You opt in by texting our number, or by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website signup form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, and any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can discontinue messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@madeinmotionapp.com.

Carriers & Availability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and messaging may not be available on all carriers.

Privacy

Account Holder Confirmation
